      <description><![CDATA[<p>The hours are 8:30a-5p</p><p>As Director of Admissions and Sales, you will be expected to:<br></p><p>Focus daily on census growth for center.<br></p><p>Develop, implement and evaluate territory plans, strategies and actions to achieve budgeted census goals and provide to ED, AED, and RDA.&nbsp;</p><p>Develop a weekly/monthly marketing schedule or routing plan detailing accounts you will make sales calls for the week/month.</p><p>Market to established accounts every M, T, W, Th (set days – 90% external) If not out marketing on Friday, will assist with intake.&nbsp;</p><p>Review, accept/approve referrals.
